The birth of MULTIPÔLE prompted by changes in European regulations
MULTIPÔLE was created to address the challenges posed by new European regulations introduced in 2015. Alain BRANCHERIE, then leading an agro-food company, founded MULTIPÔLE to ensure the continuity of collaborations with European talent.
A pioneer in international workforce management, he surrounded himself with recruitment experts to develop a tailored solution. Today, MULTIPÔLE encompasses three agencies located in Western France, employing 25 staff members who support more than 900 temporary workers and 90 clients.
“The creation of MULTIPÔLE was the only solution to keep my employees employed. Development was rapid, as other companies in the same situation came on board. The choice of the name MULTIPÔLE came from a desire to open up the company’s development to the industrial and construction sectors.
