The birth of MULTIPÔLE prompted by changes in European regulations

MULTIPÔLE was created to address the challenges posed by new European regulations introduced in 2015. Alain BRANCHERIE, then leading an agro-food company, founded MULTIPÔLE to ensure the continuity of collaborations with European talent.

A pioneer in international workforce management, he surrounded himself with recruitment experts to develop a tailored solution. Today, MULTIPÔLE encompasses three agencies located in Western France, employing 25 staff members who support more than 900 temporary workers and 90 clients.

Human-centered support at the core of MULTIPÔLE’s mission

What sets MULTIPÔLE apart is its profoundly human approach. MULTIPÔLE goes beyond recruitment, supporting temporary workers at every step of their journey.

From finding accommodation and handling administrative procedures to facilitating transportation and workplace integration, MULTIPÔLE’s experts assist workers from the moment they arrive in France until they are fully established in their roles.

Guided by core values such as respect, mutual aid, availability, kindness, and attentiveness, MULTIPÔLE demonstrates its expertise through unwavering commitment to both temporary workers and client companies.

Tailored expertise for three key sectors

With a strong presence in the agro-food, industrial, and construction sectors, MULTIPÔLE focuses on delivering customized solutions. Through specialized training programs—such as deboning, sharpening, and hygiene and safety—MULTIPÔLE ensures the upskilling of its temporary workers and provides qualified personnel for its clients’ industries.

MULTIPÔLE: focused on growth

After 10 years in operation, MULTIPÔLE continues to strengthen its proximity to clients while promoting its values. Rapid growth combined with a family-oriented atmosphere fosters a positive impact on clients while maintaining a high standard of service and humanity.

By celebrating its 10th anniversary, MULTIPÔLE reaffirms its role as a trusted partner for European temporary workers and companies in Western France, committing to continuing this remarkable human and professional journey.
