“QVCT” or “Quality of Life and Working Conditions” (formerly “QVT” – “Quality of Life at Work”) refers to a global initiative within a company to meet several ambitions:
- Improve work by developing employee health,
- Contribute to the overall performance of the structure, whether operational, economic, social or environmental.
An external perspective to continually improve the daily lives of MULTIPÔLE employees
From the stated desire of MULTIPÔLE Management to “place people at the heart of the company’s performance” came this collaboration with the consulting firm BIZOLON Consultants by Edifia to audit its team.

Comprehensive, three-phase support for MULTIPÔLE
To contribute to MULTIPÔLE’s development project, BIZOLON Consultants by EDIFIA’s support was based on three pillars:
- Individual internal audit of each employee to assess the training and action plan,
- Group training: stress management, individual and group performance: “process communication = different personality types and communication styles”, health in the workplace,
- Individual professional coaching and personal support (confidentiality assured).
All MULTIPÔLE sites had a personalized action, which made it possible to adapt the support to each team.
